If for any reason your purchase did not meet your expectations, please return for a full refund or exchange. The following conditions apply:
• Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date you receive your order.
• Return merchandise must be new and unused, as you received it. Must be undamaged, saleable with the original tags attached and boxes included (if applicable).
• Final Sale Items may not be exchanged or returned.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Gift returns will receive a non-refundable gift card.
HOW TO MAKE A RETURN
Prepaid Return Label
For your convenience, we provide a prepaid UPS return label with all orders (excluding furniture).
1) Package your item(s) and place in box with completed returns form.
2) Attach prepaid label to the outside of the box.
3) Drop off at your nearest UPS location.
4) Keep the customer receipt for your records.
Once your return is processed, we will deduct $15 from your refund amount. This charge will apply to each return label used.
Exchanges
If the item is an exchange, Lehoto will ship the exchanged item(s) via standard 5-7 day UPS shipping without any charge to the customer.
ADDITIONAL POLICIES
Store Returns
• Please return your items within 5 days of purchase to the same store location.
• Lehoto catalog and Lehoto.com purchases may not be returned / exchanged in any of the Lehoto stores.
Sale Returns
• Sale merchandise must be returned within 5 days from the date of receipt for an exchange or refund. Items returned after 7 days from the date of receipt will be exchanged for a merchandise credit. Due to high demand and limited quantities during our sale events, we cannot guarantee the fulfillment of your order.
• Final Sale items may not be exchanged or returned.
Price Adjustments
Prices are subject to change. Lehoto works hard to ensure the accuracy of pricing. Despite our efforts, pricing errors may still occur. Lehoto reserves the right to change the current advertised price. Online promotions and prices are not valid in stores. These offers cannot be applied to previous purchases and cannot be combined with any other discount offer.
